  1. Oh my! 30 degrees here, and still very much summer! Went out in Jeans at mid-day – bad mistake, nearly melted into a puddle. They had been fine for my breakfast round earlier this morning.
    Poor Anna 😦 And Polly!

        • I was actually all about the rain (it’s the wannabe Englishwoman in me), except I couldn’t go riding the last 2 weekends bc the last time my horse kept tripping in the wet sand and I was really freaking out. But other than that, I dont even open an umbrella unless it’s a proper downpour.

  4. Holy crap. Already!? Crikey, I landed here because I was enthralled by your sandwich commentary on Celebitchy, and now I find out that you, a fellow expat, may actually live somewhere with worse weather than I do here in the Scottish Highlands. You don’t mind if I indulge in a little schadenfreude, do you? Awesome. But seriously, snow?

    • Hold your schadenfreude. You live in the Highlands? That is my Promised Land, my Dream Escape, my Fantasies Come True! place!!! Did your Scotsman come with his own horse and a sword and a horse? Bc my fantasy one does! Ok, I am gonna go hyperventilate a bit and then peruse your blog tomorrow :-DDDD
